Lisa Widdowson graduated from Omaha School of Massage and Health Care in June 2010. She was personally trained by Eric Stephenson,Dr. Pam Popper,Dr. David Boleand Terri Kaus, nationally knowneducators in the fields of massage therapy, nutrition, acupuncture and kinesiology. Sheis certified in various modalities, most recently certified in Specialized Kinesiology and Lymphatic Drainage for Detox. Others include Acupressure, The Magic of Hot Stone, Myofascial Release (Deep Tissue), Pre-Natal (Pregnancy), Reflexology, and Warm Bamboo. Her signature massage is Contrast Stone Therapy during which she uses warm stones and cool marble to melt the month's stress and tension away. Lisa is also a member of the Nebraska chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. Lisa lives with her family in LaVista, NE. She offers a unique blend of massage modalities, heat therapies, muscle testing and essential oils to help her clients get what they want: More Energy and Less Stress. A nice foot-rub stimulating points on the feet which in turn affects other areas or organs of the body. This treatment also helps relieve tired achy feet and relief of pain due to flat feet causing plantar fasciitis. This session will include attention to your hands.
