I received my training in Maui in 2019 where I fell in love with massage therapy. I have advanced training in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, the deeply spiritual massage modality of the Hawaiian healing lineages. This thread runs through all of my work, enhancing and supporting my other techniques. I specialize in therapeutic massage blending Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue techniques, while incorporating Trigger Point Therapy, Body Mobility Therapy, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, and Energy Work. This blending is very effective for releasing stubborn knots and tension, and seeing real results with less pain. Each session becomes a sacred container for stillness, release, and integration so you leave feeling rejuvenated body and soul.
This session focuses on full-body stretching combined with rhythmic compression massage and therapeutic positional holds that let your tissues completely unwind. Therapist assisted stretching helps align the body, improve range of motion, clear energy channels, and increase muscle balance and relaxation. Comfortable stretchy clothing may be worn if preferred.
