With over 26 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a deep understanding of the body, healing, and compassionate care to every session. My career has included work in physical therapy clinics and chiropractic offices, and for many years I have specialized as an independent mobile massage therapist, allowing me to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a comfortable setting. In addition to massage therapy, I am a Registered Nurse with experience in surgical services, oncology, emergency medicine, and medical-surgical care. This medical background allows me to approach massage with a strong foundation in anatomy, safety, and whole-person wellness. I am also a Reiki Level III Master, a certification I pursued as a personal and professional goal. Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful complement to bodywork, supporting relaxation, balance, and energetic healing. My goal is to create a safe, intuitive space where your body can release tension, restore balance, and begin to healwhether through therapeutic massage, energy work, or a blend of both.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
