Ashley is a dedicated osteopathic practitioner who was first drawn to the field after experiencing a persistent knee injury that didn’t respond to conventional treatments. Determined to find a better path to healing, Ashley pursued a four-year osteopathy program in Hamilton at Canada’s only Tier 1 osteopathic school. With a passion for improving mobility and quality of life, Ashley now works with clients of all ages—from infants to seniors—providing personalized, hands-on care to support their health and movement goals. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys playing with her energetic German Shepherd and relaxing by the water with a fishing rod in hand.
