1998 was a great start to my cosmetology career, and then began my love for bodywork. I went on to the Finger Lakes school of massage to further my education and became a licensed massage therapist in 2003. I started out in Clifton Park at a couple of spas for a few years then moved back home and worked at Speeds Spa with Claire Doyle. After taking some time to raise my children I wanted to start massaging again. I'm excited to be at Healing Elements with a lot of great therapists! I do, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, pregnancy massage, cupping, and hot bamboo.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
