Eliana Stein is a Registered Physiotherapist as well as a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology (2004) and Psychology (2016), and completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in fitness, yoga, and personal training before becoming a Physiotherapist, Eliana brings a deeply holistic and customized approach to care. Her practice integrates evidence-based physiotherapy with intentional, therapeutic movement to support healing, strength, and function. Eliana has a special interest in helping people navigate the physical and emotional aspects of recovery from injury, chronic pain, and chronic health conditions. Her goal is to empower each person to move toward independent self-management, while recognizing that we all need guidance and support along the way. Eliana feels it is a true privilege to walk beside her patients on their wellness journey back to the things that are most important and meaningful.

60 Minute Initial Physiotherapy Assessment

During your initial appointment, Eliana will review your health history, current concerns, symptoms, and goals, before completing a thorough clinical physiotherapy assessment. Together, you’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and wellness journey. Treatment may include therapeutic movement such as clinical Pilates, therapeutic yoga, and conventional physiotherapy exercises, as well as manual therapy and/ or selected modalities to support return to movement.
