Devin has worked for 10 years as a physical therapist. After receiving a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) and Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT), Devin worked in an orthopaedic setting and quickly discovered her passion for pelvic health. Devin believes in an evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centred approach. She strives to support patients in feeling empowered to take an active role in working towards their rehabilitation goals by providing thorough patient education, manual techniques, and a progressive home exercise program to help with symptom management and re-education of optimal core and pelvic floor muscle function. She is passionate about supporting patients throughout their pregnancy, preparing for labour and delivery, as well as optimizing recovery and return to function, sport, and meaningful activity following childbirth. Devin has completed additional training in Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1, 2, and 3, Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, Functional Pelvic Floor Muscle Re-education and Behavioural Techniques, Holistic Treatment of the Postpartum Body, Cesarean Birth & Rehabilitation, and Functional Dry Needling (FDN). Devin loves running by the Bow River while listening to a good podcast and all things group fitness (spin, barre, and strength training). She also loves charcuterie and vanilla birthday cake flavoured treats.
