I love massage. It is an expression of artistry, connection and caring. The experience for each of my clients is important to me. I want each person to feel seen, cared for and feeling better than when they walk in. I've been doing massage since 2019 and I look forward to many more years of helping clients feel amazing! Deep tissue massage is a specialized technique designed to release muscular tension as well as tightness in the surrounding connective tissue and scar tissue. Unlike a full-body relaxation massage, deep tissue work is slower and more targeted, focusing on specific areas that require attention. While the name suggests intense pressure, deep tissue massage does not always need to be extremely--it emphasizes precision techniques aimed at alleviating knots, trigger points, and areas of chronic tension.
