Fenerty Osteopathic Wellness Centre Limited
1933 Sackville Dr, Middle Sackville, NS, B4E 3B1
Aimee graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2022. Through her experience in both clinical and spa settings, Aimee has worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, developing a treatment style that bridges clinical knowledge with restorative care. Her practice is rooted in her interest in the relationship between the nervous system and the ways we experience and hold tension in our bodies. Aimee adapts her pressure throughout each treatment in response to the body, guided by the belief that effective bodywork does not need to be forceful. She believes that a slow, intentional approach creates space for both meaningful change and rest. This perspective continues to shape her practice and inspire further education in fascial work, somatic approaches, and yoga. Aimee has a particular interest in working with women and creating treatment where her patients don't feel the need to perform, push through, or be “fixed.” Her intention is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that allows an opportunity to slow down, feel supported, and leave more connected to one’s Self and body. Aimee also welcomes quiet or silent treatments for those who prefer to fully unplug during their time on the table. Beyond communication needed for comfort, consent, and treatment, there is no expectation to make conversation in her treatments.
