From a young age, I was captivated by athleticism and the remarkable resilience of the human body. While I quickly recognized that I wasn’t destined to be an athlete myself, I became deeply interested in how I could help others unlock their body’s full potential and recover from injuries. My journey into the world of rehabilitation began with a transformative experience with my own RMT, who introduced me to the vast scope of massage therapy and its powerful ability to positively impact lives. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in the field. In 2022, I became a certified Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). My approach is rooted in thorough assessments, which guide the direction of each session. This allows me to develop a tailored treatment plan that combines manual therapy, exercise progression, and patient education to help clients achieve their best functional state. Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid explorer of the city’s food scene and enjoy sinking a three-pointer every now and then. Acupuncture

Initial Assessment + Treatment (60 mins)

Electroacupuncture is a form of acupuncture in which a small electric current is applied to the acupuncture needles to stimulate the acupuncture points. This technique involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body, which are then connected to a device that delivers a low-frequency electrical current. Electroacupuncture may be used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, digestive issues, respiratory conditions, and neurological disorders. It can also be used to promote relaxation and stress reduction, and may be beneficial for individuals with anxiety or depression. *Appointments booked will be billed as REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY*
