Designed to remove severe tension in specific areas by utilizing firm to deep pressure, Therapeutic massage can incorporate various techniques to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. A Therapeutic massage session may use some but not all of the following techniques: Deep tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Muscle stripping, Pin & Stretch, Gua Sha, as well as active and passive stretching on the table. Each session includes free aromatherapy.
