Breann is a performance physiotherapist at ORKA who is passionate about supporting athletes and active individuals through personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation. Breann earned both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Her deep connection to sport began early and includes competitive experience in ringette and basketball. During her undergraduate years, she proudly competed as a member of the University Ringette team. Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her own ACL injury, which has given her a unique, empathetic perspective on the rehabilitation process. She understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with recovery and is deeply committed to helping others navigate that journey with confidence and support. Breann is passionate about empowering clients with knowledge and tools that not only aid in recovery but promote lasting health and resilience. She values taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals, and tailors’ treatment plans to support both physical recovery and long-term performance, whether that’s returning to sport, staying active, or simply moving pain-free in daily life.
