Laura “Tils” Tilbury, LMT Tils is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over 28 years of experience. A graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City, she brings a skilled, intuitive approach to bodywork, incorporating techniques such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) as appropriate. Her sessions are focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and restriction to support long-lasting relief and improved mobility. In addition to her human bodywork practice, Tils is also a licensed veterinary technician and equine bodyworker. She actively competes in eventing with her horse, Captain Jack, and enjoys dog agility with her spirited Chihuahua, Travers. These pursuits keep her closely connected to the principles of movement, performance, and thoughtful conditioning—for both animals and people.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
