Dr. Rooya Nikfar, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) through the Bridge Program for International Medical Graduates. Before completing her naturopathic training in Canada, she practiced for more than a decade as a General Practitioner and Pediatrician in Iran, providing care in hospitals, community clinics, and private practice settings. Dr. Nikfar, ND offers integrative, evidence-informed care to patients of all ages. Her approach combines compassion with clinical insight and focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that may contribute to illness, while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Her clinical focus includes: - Metabolic health: weight management, cholesterol and blood sugar balance - Digestive challenges - Skin health including skin wellness and chronic skin conditions - Women’s health across all stages of life - Pediatric care: growth and development, common childhood concerns, autism and ADHD She draws on a range of naturopathic modalities including clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, and targeted supplementation to support patients in their health journey. Initial appointments are for brand new patients that are ready to start Naturopathic care. During this appointment, the Naturopathic Doctor will go over your health history, current concerns, and goals to provide you with a treatment plan.
