I am a graduate of Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I found bodywork because I myself have dealt with much chronic pain, physical and emotional. Massage has been a way for me to connect with my body in a positive light, get out of my head and release what is not serving me. I specifically enjoy incorporating relaxation with trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic deep tissue.
