I graduated from The Salter School's 900-hour massage therapy program in 2014. I continued my education by studying prenatal and MLD techniques . As a mom myself prenatal massages are my favorite service to provide since we can all use an hour of relaxation and deserve time for ourselves :)
Massage
You cannot schedule appointments for others under your name. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with lotion or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Specializing in post-op from lipo 360, BBL, tummy tuck, etc. Also great for detoxing. We help to keep lymph circulating and reduce inflammation. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system, cleans toxins, viruses, faster than the body is able to do on it's own. People have been known to lose some water weight.
