I was born and raised in Manitou, Manitoba, and moved to Brandon in June 2025 with my partner and our six dogs. I joined the team at reactive full time shortly after graduating from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in May 2025. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. I have a special interest in treating shoulder dysfunction, sciatic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and chronic neck and back issues. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or just looking to improve mobility, I’m here to support your goals with focused, effective care. Outside the clinic, I stay active by going to the gym, playing basketball, and practicing Taekwondo. I’ve been training in martial arts since I was 10 and competed nationally from 2014 to 2017. These days, I coach a weekly Taekwondo class back in Manitou and love staying connected to the sport. I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
