Sarah is a graduate of the RMT program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, B.C. Her approach to treatment integrates Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and joint mobilizations. She has also completed additional training in hot stone therapeutic massage and is pleased to offer this deeply relaxing and therapeutic modality. Each session is customized to your specific needs to address musculoskeletal disorders such as overuse and repetitive strain injuries, temporomandibular joint disorder, tension headaches, and neurological conditions. Her treatments are both relaxing and therapeutic. Originally from the Comox Valley, Sarah brings a wealth of healthcare experience previously working as a Certified Dental Assistant. Her interests span skiing, snowboarding, biking, surfing, and hiking in the forest alongside her partner and their dogs.
45 minute treatment ideal for addressing specific conditions such as but not limited to tension headaches due to muscle tension, TMJ issues and plantar fasciitis. Treatment time includes all time spent including interview, assessment, treatment, administration and home care.
