Soizic Ziegler

Hi, I’m Soizic (Swa-zeek), a Licensed Massage Therapist and Nature connection mentor. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, Gua Sha, Acupressure, Reiki, cupping, Shiatsu, passive and resistance stretching, and Ashiatsu. At an early age I was blessed to be gifted a strong sense of the mind-body connection. My mentors were my mom, Isabelle, our family garden, and my horses. What evolved was an understanding of ecology as the interconnection between our ancestors, our emotions, our bodies and nature. This awareness motivated me to develop a wide variety of skill sets in nature connection, wild foraging, Montessori education, edible and ecological landscape design, and bodywork. In 2010, my initial introduction to bodywork was through resistance stretching, as inspired by Bob Cooley. Simultaneously, I became entranced by the five element system of Chinese Medicine. Recognizing that deep intentional movement led to physical as well as emotional and spiritual releases captivated me. I eventually chose to attend a massage school with a strong foundation in Chinese medicine and qigong, the Crestone Healing Arts Center. Massage and the healing arts feed my passion for supporting a greater ecological balance which I am looking forward to sharing with you.
