Dr. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies from the University of Saskatchewan. She then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota and graduated with honours in 2024. She has been practicing in Saskatoon since. Dr. Sarah is trained in Thompson, Diversified and Activator adjusting techniques, and is SFMA Level 1 Certified, which is a specialized assessment technique focused on rehabilitation. Dr. Sarah is also a BirthFit! Leader with specific education focused on strength training to prepare for pregnancy, birth and postpartum rehabilitation. She strives to provide individualized evidence based and holistic care to patients. She is born and raised in Saskatchewan, growing up in Naicam and moving to Saskatoon with her family while in elementary school. After completing her Chiropractic education, she moved back to Saskatoon and married her husband, Kenneth. Together they love to run, hike and camp with their dog, Brutus. Outside of the clinic she loves to paint, read, and spend time with family and friends. Dr. Sarah loves to stay active by running, rock climbing, and going to the gym. Having been a competitive athlete growing up, she saw first hand the benefits of Chiropractic care, and was drawn to the the practice because of the positive impact it could make in peoples lives. She has always felt that whatever she does in life her main goal was to help people be happy. When deciding on a career, she thought what better way to help people be happy than by helping them regain mobility and independence. This, along with a fascination of the skeletal system, led her to Chiropractic school. “Since starting practice, I have learned that being even a small part of someone’s healing journey is incredibly rewarding. I strive to give patients the space and compassion they need in order to heal.”
