With over a decade of experience working in High Performance Sport including the Professional, Olympic and University Level, Jill switched to the private sector in 2018 when she moved back home to Sussex. Jill specializes in orthopedics (acute and chronic injury) and concussion rehabilitation. While most believe Athletic Therapy is limited to the athletic population, Athletic Therapy is for everyone! Our focus is on correcting movement patterns and muscle imbalance that lead to injury and loves working with people to help with injury prevention! Fun Fact: Jill was raised in Sussex and now, with her husband Nick, are raising their 4 year old triplet girls in this very same community
