After completing my degree in Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, I continued my education in osteopathic manual practice at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. This is where I developed a deeper appreciation for the body’s ability to adapt, compensate, and heal when given the right support. My approach to osteopathy is rooted in the understanding that the body functions as an interconnected system. I use hands-on assessment and treatment techniques informed by anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to help identify and address the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction rather than simply chasing symptoms. I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation, chronic tension patterns, and headache-related conditions. I enjoy helping patients better understand how stress, compensation, posture, movement, and daily habits can influence both physical symptoms and overall well-being. I believe treatment should be individualized to each person’s unique presentation, lifestyle, and goals. Whether someone is dealing with acute pain, chronic discomfort, injury recovery, or ongoing stress-related tension, my goal is to support improved function, balance, and long-term health through patient-centered care.
