Meet Seeru Sandhu, Registered Massage Therapist Seeru is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed her training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She also graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science from the University of Fraser Valley. She is passionate about restoring and maintaining tissue mobility and overall health, tailoring her treatments to meet each patient’s unique needs. Her practice incorporates a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, soft tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, facilitated stretching, and muscle energy techniques. Seeru has always been passionate about helping others and finds fulfillment in assisting her patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. She takes an individualized approach to care, ensuring her treatments are both effective and aligned with her patients’ recovery and performance needs. Outside of work, Seeru is dedicated to staying active and enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and swimming. She believes that maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle plays a key role in overall well-being and encourages her patients to do the same.
