Elisa is a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she completed her Bachelor of Science, major in Kinesiology, minor in Archaeology. She is a certified Kinesiologist with the BCAK, specializing in active health and rehabilitation. She is also certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and graded return-to-work programs. Elisa has focused on the health and rehabilitation aspect of her degree through working with individuals who experience chronic and acute pain. She enjoys helping individuals learn about their body through exercise and yoga by assessing their baseline and creating personalized programs. Her treatment style focuses on dynamic movements that will improve the overall functionality of one’s body. She is a strong believer of the mind-body connection and teaches her clients body awareness. Elisa is fluent in English and Farsi.
