With a BA and a background in sports science, 25 years in the wellness industry, and 10 years as a manual therapist, I've had the privilege of helping a wide range of people. From collegiate athletes, professional athletes, and Olympians to assisting Physical therapists in treating rehab patients, I have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. That passion is best realized when I'm working with clients who are dealing with pain and have specific issues to be addressed. Certifications and experience in soft-tissue care like deep tissue and sports massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, muscle testing and resistance techniques have allowed me great success in addressing clients' pain patterns, adhesions, dysfunction, and imbalances, as well as flexibility and range of motion issues. Bringing together the whole package of my soft-tissue work with my history of teaching and training athletes and students in the area of sports performance and corrective solutions, and adding clients who are committed to doing their part to improve their situation and you will find a long list of clients who have been able to find the best versions of themselves.
As a departure from the non-traditional manual therapy that Jeff and I normally offer, this session is ideal for those looking for tradition. Whether that be full-body Swedish massage for relaxation or a more focused session featuring deeper pressure and traditional trigger point therapy. It is customized to the client who has been missing and seeking traditional massage elsewhere, in addition to the non-traditional work you get from us that has been so effective for your pain relief.
