I have been a Massage Therapist for 14 years now. I just received my Health Coach Certification for families and pregnant women in April 2016. I continue to gain knowledge by continuing my education on a regular basis. I have worked with a couple of Chiropractors throughout my massage career. Massage is more than a luxury it actually helps with balancing the mind and the body. It also helps with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
