Hi, I’m Diamond, a Registered Massage Therapist and Honours graduate of Makami College. I specialize in therapeutic massage and provide personalized treatments designed to reduce pain, relieve tension, and support overall wellness. I offer Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Cupping Therapy, tailoring each treatment to your unique needs and goals. My goal is to help you move better, feel better, and leave each treatment feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
Deep tissue massage is to apply firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding muscles. It’s beneficial to chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. We will focus on either half upper or lower body depend on where is the problem.
