Irene graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2022 and has been practicing as a Kinesiologist ever since. Her journey into the field began as a teenager dealing with her own sports injuries, which sparked a deep curiosity about injury prevention and rehabilitation. Through both formal education and hands-on experience, Irene has developed a strong foundation in kinesiology, with a particular focus on rotator cuff injuries and concussion management. What truly motivates Irene is helping her clients learn, grow, and surpass their own expectations. She believes that movement is much more than physical activity; it’s a vital part of overall well-being. Whether guiding someone through injury recovery or helping them improve their day-to-day movement, her goal is to inspire and support people on their path to better health. Irene has worked with a wide range of patients, including those with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, and complex medical issues. Her experience spans diverse populations, from professional athletes and youth to older adults. Outside of her work, Irene stays active herself through bouldering, running, and constantly exploring new ways to move in the gym.
