Swedish or Hot Stone Relaxation A traditional relaxation service focused entirely on calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and melting away daily stress. This session utilizes smooth, flowing strokes (and can include heated basalt stones upon request) to ground the body and mind into a deep state of peace.
