Claudia received her Honours BA in Kinesiology at Western University and her Honours BAHSc in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Claudia grew up in Vaughan playing competitive soccer. Her interest in sport, health, and anatomy led her to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy. Claudia has been in practice since 2011 and has extensive experience working with various populations ranging from the industrial athlete and weekend warrior to the casually active and sedentary senior. As an Athletic Therapist, Claudia specializes in the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, which is applied using manual techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription. She believes that communication and patient education are fundamental for an effective rehabilitation program and believes in a multidisciplinary approach to recovery, drawing inspiration and knowledge from fellow healthcare practitioners. Outside of the office, Claudia enjoys playing golf and traveling with her husband Cameron and daughter Lia.
