Massage
High quality coconut massage oil infused with lavender is used with smooth but firm gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses a gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a blissful calm state of relaxation. Complimentary Lavender scented eye pillow provided while supplies last.
Acupuncture
Microcurrent point stimulation (MPS) is one of the most actively researched approaches in the broader field of electrotherapy. Compared to TENS, massage therapy and acupuncture alone, MPS is clinically proven to provide BETTER pain relief outcomes. Scar tissue relief, sciatica, migraines, Bells Palsy to name a few that have great results.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This type of massage is widely used post operatively (after surgery) however DRESSING CHANGES will not take place.
