Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be used in the event of a missed appointment or to settle any remaining insurance balances after your claim has been processed. Dr. Natalie Wong is accepting patients with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Lifewise, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Regence Group Administrators, United Healthcare, Washington Labor & Industries, and Personal Injury Protection through car insurance (PIP). FSA and HSA cards are also accepted. For patients with insurance plans that we are out-of-network with, a superbill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement purposes.
New patients at AlignWorks Chiropractic require an initial assessment comprising intake paperwork, history, examination, diagnosis, review of findings, suggested treatment plan, and initial treatment.
