Ready to finally get answers—and get moving again? This isn't your typical physical therapy session. At Vitality Physical Therapy, your initial evaluation is a deep-dive diagnostic session built to uncover the real reason you’re in pain—and map out a game plan to fix it. What to Expect in This One-Hour Evaluation: We’ll take time to listen—diving into your injury history, goals, and lifestyle. Then, we’ll run a full-body movement exam to pinpoint the root cause (not just treat symptoms). You’ll walk away with a clear plan, hands-on treatment, and a customized home program to start right away. Stop guessing. Stop masking symptoms. Start understanding what’s actually going on—and what it takes to fix it.
