Kristina started her massage therapy career in 2009 with a focus on problem-solving. She works with athletes, medical professionals, and pregnant individuals, addressing chronic issues or injuries that may have complex origins. Each session includes brainstorming strategies to help clients continue their progress at home. Kristina specializes in deep tissue and sports massage, but also incorporates stretching and Eastern modalities to ensure every session is holistic and impactful. Her advanced training and experience in working with pregnant and postpartum bodies have helped many expectant parents navigate this challenging phase of their lives.
