Esha is a Resident Physiotherapist dedicated to helping you move confidently, recover smoothly, and return to the life you enjoy — without fear of re-injury. If you are dealing with pain, recovering from surgery, managing a sports injury, or navigating neurological, cardiorespiratory, or women’s health concerns, she works closely with you to build a clear, structured plan designed around your specific goals. Esha treats individuals of all ages — infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults bringing 6+ years of an extensive clinical experience in orthopaedics, sports, neurological and cardiac rehabilitation, geriatrics, pre-operative preparation, and post-operative recovery. Her sessions integrate hands-on techniques using orthopaedic manual therapy, strength & flexibility training, soft tissue/myofascial release, cupping, and Kinesio taping to support measurable progress. With training in advanced electrotherapeutic modalities, she integrates technology-driven care alongside hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. She holds an international Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and a post-graduate diploma (Hons) in Fitness and Health, Durham College being recognized on the President’s Honour List. Esha is a certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist & an Aqua Aerobics Fitness Instructor. Her additional certifications include myofascial release and cupping therapy, Kinesio-taping, sports injuries (International Olympic Committee), and sports-related concussion training (University of Michigan). Besides, she is also rostered as a Level 1 pelvic floor therapist -supporting individuals with concerns such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions, with a focus on restoring function, confidence, and quality of life. What sets Esha apart is her ability to blend evidence-based clinical approach while rebuilding confidence & positivity throughout the recovery process. You are not given a generic program — you receive focused attention, clear education, and progressive exercises that build both physical strength and confidence. She collaborates with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to ensure your treatment plan is coordinated, comprehensive, and aligned with your long-term health goals. Her guiding principle is simple yet powerful - happy patients heal better! Whether teaching correct ergonomics or modifying exercises for comfort or adapting therapy to match unique goals, Esha ensures that every plan is as personal as the patient themselves. If you are looking for a physiotherapist who listens carefully, motivates consistently, and prioritizes lasting results over temporary relief, Esha is committed to helping you achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.
Our initial pelvic assessment is 1 hour in length, which provides time to gather a thorough history and conduct an orthopedic assessment where we check range of motion, strength, etc. Typically, there will be some remaining time which would be dedicated to treatment (manual therapy, soft tissue work, etc) or exercises. Follow ups can be 30min/45min in length, depending on what you require. All our sessions are 1-on-1 with the therapist in a private treatment room for your comfort. Please come to your appointment with clothing that will allow for easy access to the area you would like assessed.
