I am a graduate from the former OSTM program here in Rochester. With nearly ten years of experience as an LMT there is not much I have not seen. A well-rounded therapist with many tools in my belt ready to assist my clients. Some of the areas I thrive in are but not limited to Deep Tissue, Myo Fascial Release, Headache and Migraine relief, among others. As someone who has dealt with aches and pains their whole life, I take a high level of priority to ensure my clients gain what they seek from their visit with me.
