Raman is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy and approximately 4 years of experience working in India and Canada. She provides evidence-based, personalized care designed around each patient’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. Her treatment approach includes hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and shockwave therapy. Raman is certified in Intrapelvic Health and has specialized training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, with a focus on female urinary incontinence, pregnancy, pelvic girdle pain, and pelvic floor concerns. She is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and has a special interest in persistent pain and musculoskeletal conditions. She believes in helping patients understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery through education and active rehabilitation. Raman is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
