Growing up, I was always the friend that was massaging....Some did hair, some did makeup, I rubbed shoulders. It wasn't until I was midway through college at Western Oregon Universitythat I decided that I really wanted to take it seriously and pursue it as a career. I finished college with a B.S. in Health Education and went on to massage school at the Oregon School of Massage. I finished the OSM 555hr program and became licensed in November of 2007. I focus my massage practice on pain relief, stress reduction, chronic headache pain, and general Swedish massage techniques. I have also been trained in multiple types of deep tissue massage andpregnancy massage. My massage practice is located in Salem, OR, where I have a small office in the downtown area. Along with my massage practice I spend my time enjoying my dogs, Chumley the Puggle and Abby the Daschund mix, with various foster dogs as well, and being active in recreational sports and activities.
