Em (they/them/theirs) found themselves in the world of massage therapy after a lifetime of performing ballet and modern dance. They graduated in 2015 from Cortiva Institute in Seattle, Washington. Em uses a slew of modalities to customize each treatment to their clients, including neuromuscular facilitation, fascia mobilization, deep tissue/muscle specific techniques, intra-oral massage, silicone cupping, and integrative stretching, all woven together by luxurious Swedish massage. They enjoy treatment sessions focused on restoring easeful and painless movement, as well as working specifically with headaches and TMJD. Em is honored to aid their clients on their lifelong journey of wellness.
