As a Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist, I integrate a variety of massage modalities to create personalized sessions that meet each clients unique needs. My approach encourages body awareness to help uncover the root cause of pain and dysfunction. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can relax, let go of stress, and release tension in order to find balance in their bodies once again.
Massage Therapy
60 minutes is perfect for addressing 2-3 areas of the body. This tailored session incorporates a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Cupping, if needed, can also be incorporated at no charge. Aroma of choice and steam towels are included in the session.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Session starts with a warm, relaxing foot soak in soothing bath salts and choice of aromatherapy.
