Lynn is an experienced and licensed massage therapist since 2006. She has many modalities in massage including Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Bamboo, Balinese, Acupressure, Reiki, Shiatzu and Integrative/ Mixed. She also has advanced training with Upledger Institute in Craniosacral and Somatic-Emotional release therapy including working with teens in sports and academic pressures. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
