My journey with lymphatic drainage began during my own health struggles. While these treatments couldn’t prevent my need for surgery, they played a significant role in my recovery — and that experience opened a door I couldn’t ignore. I became fascinated by the lymphatic system — this incredible, often-overlooked network that plays a vital role in how our bodies heal, detoxify, and thrive. Brazilian lymphatic drainage, in particular, captivated me. Its unique combination of rhythmic, precise movements isn’t just about reducing puffiness or improving appearance — it’s powerful, restorative work that supports digestion, immunity, mental clarity, and overall vitality. I quickly realized this wasn’t just a treatment — it was a tool to help people feel lighter, more energized, and deeply connected to their bodies. I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women reclaim that sense of balance and well-being. Each session reminds me of the profound impact this practice can have — whether it’s easing post-surgery recovery, improving digestion, or simply helping someone feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. I’m committed to growing in this field, constantly learning new techniques, and expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients. Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom to two active boys, and a proud dog mom to a lively 6-year-old border collie mix who always has something to say. Balancing family life with my growing practice keeps me grounded — and reminds me why caring for our bodies is so important. I’m deeply passionate about the transformative power of lymphatic drainage and would be honored to support you on your journey to feeling your best.
