P.T. Physiotherapist Luciana graduated in Brazil and has been practicing physiotherapy for over 20 years, she is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, fluent in Portuguese and English. Her focus is acute and chronic orthopaedics as well as sports and postural rehabilitation. Luciana gained a lot of experience while working with The National Brazilian Athletics Team and The National Brazilian Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. Luciana enjoys research and looking for ways to improve patient care. She has had some of her research studies published. Luciana is a strong believer in continuous learning and she has completed several post graduate trainings/specializations in manual therapy, TMJ, spinal instability, thoracic spine, thoraco-abdominal rehabilitation, palpatory anatomy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, postural rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage therapy, isostretching, core rehabilitation, acupuncture, dry needle, cupping, gua sha and others. Her hobbies include hiking, swimming, exercise and time with her family.
This can be booked if you have already completed a Physiotherapy Assessment for this particular injury/condition in the past 3 months with one of our Physiotherapists.
