Michelle is a trauma informed Massage Therapist, having graduated with honors from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy Halifax (CCMH) in 2017. She has completed her Somatic Experience (SE) training (with Burns Galloway of SEI) in 2023, and is registered with MTANS. She has additional training in treating TMJ Dysfunction, Pelvic pain & dysfunction, and Prenatal treatments.
Massage is suitable for women during any stage of their pregnancy. (Yes, even 1st trimester. ) Enjoy a special, adjustable bolster system that allows for a comfortable, face down position while keeping your low back and uterine ligaments safely supported. Alternatively, a side-lying position is also appropriate for prenatal massage.
