Dr. Takashi Huynh is a proud bay area native! He has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San José State University and a Doctorate from Palmer Chiropractic College West. His motivation for healthcare stems from an extensive personal struggle against his own body during his adolescence. In his youth, he visited countless doctors and underwent various tests, where unfortunately none of the doctors were able to specify what was going on. After years of tests, one doctor was able to diagnose him with a rare genetic disorder in fifteen short minutes just by listening to his symptoms. From there on, he knew that he wanted to instill that same relief to his patients. Dr. Takashi separates himself from other chiropractors by figuring out the root cause of the pain and giving corrective exercises along with mobility training and load to address any issue. He believes that soft tissue work and adjustments are great and necessary but fixing the movement pattern issue is what he believes will have a lasting affect. Dr. Takashi is certified in numerous certifications such as DNS, FRC, SFMA, FAKTR tools, and more. In his free time, he loves being active by playing basketball and running with friends. He also enjoys cooking new recipes to eat…which drives him to keep being active!
