Jessica is a graduate of the 3000-hour competency-based Mastery level RMT program from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her athletic and yoga background were the stepping stones to the passion-driven towards Massage Therapy and being a healthcare practitioner. Her experience ranges from working with UBC athletes, soft tissue injuries, chronic pain and neurological conditions such as MS & Parkinson's. Jessica believes that personal health and wellness is an integral part of maintaining and achieving a balance in all aspects of a person's life. It is this that drives her passion as an RMT to be treating both the body and mind with a wide variety of techniques tailored to individual needs.
