Hi, I’m Niko. Born and raised on the eastern side of South Dakota, I value family, health, and making meaningful memories. I’m drawn to movement and presence—whether that’s trail running, martial arts, yoga, or quiet time in the sauna or cold plunge. I find joy in practices that challenge me and bring me closer to something real. Massage, for me, is one of those practices. It’s a way to slow down, reconnect, and truly listen to what the body is saying. I specialize in techniques that support breathwork, long, intentional strokes reminiscent of myofascial release, and slow, decompressive movement to create space within the tissues. These methods help activate the body’s natural healing processes—including fibroblast and chondroblast activity—which can improve tissue hydration, mobility, and resilience. Because our tissues are colloidal in nature, I approach bodywork with presence and sensitivity, working with the body rather than against it. By using focused pressure and intentional touch, I help reduce resistance and support deeper therapeutic outcomes. I also enjoy integrating gentle range-of-motion work to enhance joint space and fluid movement, always honoring the body’s natural pathways rather than forcing change. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to meeting both the body and the person where they are. Bodywork, to me, is a sacred ritual—an invitation to come home to yourself. I’m honored to support that journey and to be part of a profession rooted in healing, presence, and lasting change.
