My main mission is to help those people who are in pain. While working in the healthcare field for over 15 years, there are some issues that Massage is really amazing, as an adjunct with a current health plan. Chronic pain, autoimmune, anxiety, and injury are just a few to consider. Maintaining continuing education to benefit the clients are a fundamental aspect of my commitment in this wonderful field. I became a Yoga instructor to also facilitate with ROM and to unwind, as well as to get people moving.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
