I began my journey as a massage therapist in 2010 and graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute in 2011. Since 2013, I have had the privilege of serving clients at Body Rest Massage, where Ive refined my skills and built lasting relationships with those seeking relief and relaxation. In 2021, I traveled to Costa Rica for extensive medical massage training, deepening my expertise and expanding my approach to healing. As a certified medical massage practitioner, I am committed to delivering results-driven treatments that promote pain relief, mobility, and overall wellness. Additionally, my certifications in cupping therapy, TMJ relief, and advanced sports therapy allow me to address a wide range of concerns with precision and effectiveness. I specialize in targeting tension in the neck, shoulders, and hipscommon areas of discomfort that can impact daily life. Are you under the care of a Doctor, Chiropractor, or Physical Therapists or would like to seek medical reimbursement through your insurance company. Medical massage is the way to go. Each session includes an evaluation and a massage where your specific body needs will be addressed to help improve your physical or mental health. A medical note or referral is not required. We will provide all documentation to your insurance company upon request, yet we DO NOT directly bill insurance companies.
