From an early age, receiving regular massage has facilitated healing in my own life. This incited me to learn the art of massage for myself to be able harbor that same experience for others. I offer an integrative work, incorporating various forms of massage, with a focus on neuromuscular therapy. I strive to create a peaceful environment that allows for the body, mind and spirit to enter a state of relaxation to ultimately create a healing response.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue pain and involves slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go omnidirectional across the muscle fiber. . It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Session may include myofascial techniques and or therapeutic massage for relaxation.
